We got home at a little after 12:45 this morning. After unpacking some items, I went to bed and crashed. It was a fun trip, but I can honestly say, I wouldn’t want to spend more than a month at a time living in California. There were high points along the way though. Driving was, of course, a low point. I just don’t understand why everyone in California drives like a complete maniac. Why are you all in such a hurry to get anywhere that you’d gladly kill everyone in your car and the cars you are bound to run into?

Aside from that, it was great. The wedding was amazing, and I should have pictures to post soon. I shot it all on film (Velvia and Ilford Delta for the most part). Im still a little bit scared that the airport people did not handle the film correctly. I guess we will find out when the slides come back. Hopefully they will all be good. This may be a good time to start thinking seriously about a quality digital camera for travel.

Nikki, My Brother, Jen, and I are all about to go get onto an airplane and fly to Southern California. We have to leave before 4am, which is going to be rough. So here’s to hoping the trip is a good one. My cousin is getting married, so we’re all going down there to see.

I’ve been terribly busy. And to make matters worse, I need to do my advance registration for fall term. I don’ think I’ll get to that today. I’ll have to go get cleared for it tomorrow. Good thing I get out of class at 1. I want to go play golf, but can’t really afford to just go blow $20 like that. I also have to find a summer job. I’m getting tired of spammers posting comments to my page. That’s why comments are turned off in the first place. If you spam anyone’s message board, email box, or snail mail box, it is your duty to the world to throw yourself off a building. Onto rusty nails. And broken glass. Infected with bird flu. From birds with syphilis. Syphilis that has crabs. That give you paper cuts.

We ended up having to take in 4 more kittens and their mother. Someone dumped her off, and she was taking care of the kittens outside. Two have already been lost to predatory animals. Hoping someone can take some of them. Anyone need a kitten?
