Shin Splints Are the Devil’s Work

It hurts worse than nearly any other leg pain. On the positive side, I got a new pair of running shoes to help me through my training and qualification process. Nike Air Zoom Vomero II+. Let me tell you. Shoes engineered for fat guys. They are the most comfortable shoes in history. I have to take a few days off of running or else I won’t be able to walk.
I “get to” return to running on Monday.
